Recorded above is my food intake for one full day. In this paper, I am going to review and evaluate my intake for this particular day. I will try to analyze whether my recommended daily intakes were met on this day and whether it constituted healthy foods or not.

I will also seek to explore whether the foods were well balanced and varied. I will compare my diet with the Food Pyramid guides available and find out if I fulfilled my goals for the various food pyramid groups.
