Expectations:  I expected to learn how to integrate the managerial skills acquired in the day to day activities at the workplace. I desired to know how to motivate other employees so that they can deliver the expected results efficiently. At the end of the module, I expected to be in a position to effectively plan, implement, monitor and evaluate a project to ensure that the process is running as planned and the results are as expected.

Reflections: I have come to realize and acknowledge the practical realities of employee views and concerns first hand in my interaction with the participants of the survey who took part in responding to the questionnaire. I have learnt that change significantly affects employees’ performance through motivation, organization and leadership.
