6.1 General Information
The initial section of the questionnaire required elicitation of general information about the respondents. The first questions were targeted with the aim of finding out which organization the respondent was working for. The organizations were classified into two; public sector (80%) and private sector (20%). However, for clarity purposes, there was a need to introduce the specific organizations they belonged to. Consequently, five more categories were introduced; the client, manager, consultant, contractor and any other organization.
