Feedback after the evaluation is critical for employees, employers, clients and other stakeholders of the company. This is because it is geared to give results and measure the current position of all members. The feedback process is required to take place right after the training period because it motivates the trainer and the trainee to seek assistance where needed. If done in this manner then the feedback process will help the two parties strengthen their areas of weakness. Feedback will assist to relate the company’s training that sponsor all the components (Alred, 2006).
After the evaluation’s support everyone will be able to measure which programs are valid to the company. Moreover, it is done to aid all stakeholders to advance quality of their training for better services that lead to achievement and enhancement of the company’s goal. The various ways feedback is gathered are through a survey from the trainee, trainer and customers or it can be gathered through an interview.
