The main objectives of the business include obtaining the funding for the business, creating a service based company which employs customer orientation. The other objectives include providing the customers with about 90% satisfaction and an increase in repeat purchasing customers of 20% every yea. The sales targeted in the first year are $461,900 which would be increasing to $484,735 and $508,000 in the following years respectively. The company also seeks to be able to repay its debt by the end of the fifth year of operations.
