This is a clear indication that HR should always insist on quality but not quantity. The number of employees may important because all departments have to have enough personnel but the most important aspect is the quality in each individual employee.
This implies that qualified people who know the qualities they are looking for should do workforce selection. Corruption, nepotism and other vices, which can lead to the hiring of unqualified people, is an ingredient to the failure of any organization that practises it. It (corruption) should be avoided if a company is to have a competitive edge in the market it is run. Employers as well as employees should work in unit to ensure that an organization is on the right track.
